The agreement between you and us when you use this website or book our services.

By using this website or booking services from Kasasi | We Do Your Assignments, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our academic integrity policy, privacy policy and refund policy.

1. Our services

We provide educational support: tutoring, academic coaching, feedback on your own drafts, exam preparation and presentation coaching. Services are delivered online unless agreed otherwise. Each booking confirmation sets out what is included, the price and the schedule.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You complete and submit your own work and sit your own assessments.
  • You follow your institution's rules, including any limits on outside support.
  • You share only materials you have the right to share, and never share account credentials.
  • You provide accurate information and attend sessions on time.

3. Academic integrity

We do not complete assessed work, take exams or access student accounts. We may decline or end any booking that we reasonably believe would breach our academic integrity policy.

4. Bookings and payment

Prices are confirmed in writing before you pay. Payment is due before a session or, for packages, before the package begins unless agreed otherwise. Packages must be used within the period stated in your confirmation.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

You can reschedule a session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed or cancelled with less notice may be charged in full. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

6. No guaranteed results

We work hard to help you learn and improve, but grades depend on your own work and on your institution's assessment. We do not guarantee any particular mark, grade or outcome.

7. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of everything you write. Practice materials and guides we provide are for your personal study and may not be resold or published.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you book applies to that booking. Questions? Email [email protected].
