Refund Policy
Fair, simple rules for cancellations, rescheduling and refunds.

Single sessions
- Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund or a free new time.
- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed, are not refundable.
- If we need to cancel, you can choose a full refund or a new time.
Draft feedback
- Full refund if you cancel before we start reviewing your draft.
- Once feedback has been delivered, the service is complete and not refundable.
- If we miss the agreed turnaround, you may request a full refund.
Bundles and course packages
- Unused sessions within the package period can be refunded: you receive the amount paid minus the sessions already delivered, charged at the standard single-session rate.
- Sessions and feedback already delivered are not refundable.
- Unused time expires at the end of the package period unless we agree an extension in writing.
Integrity-related cancellations
If we end a booking because it would breach our academic integrity policy, we refund any services not yet delivered.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your name and booking details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 10 business days.
